We have all been there when we liked a guy but we aren’t sure whether he feel the same way or not and we are too afraid to ask. So I have compiled 5 most common signs that a guy can’t hide if he likes you:
#1: His Body Language
Watch his body language and behavior like what he does with his body when he’s around you. Body language has been proven to communicate likeness, it says something to a person you’re interested in.
So if a guy likes you he will lean in toward you when you talk, as if he wants to hold on to your every word. He will mirror your body language too, like, if you cross your legs, he will too.
Also, check whether his feet are pointing in your direction. Scientifically, when a person is interested in you or likes you, they will point their body toward you which will also explain if they are not interested.
Pay attention to what he’s saying with his body and you’ll know how he feels about you.
He acts differently when he’s around you. He may try to act cool in front of you or maybe quieter when you are around.
#2: He Gets Nervous
As you might get butterflies whenever you see him, you have to realize that he, too, may get nervous around you. Anything you’re feeling, he is feeling too. So, if he seems nervous, he likes you.
Nervousness is shown in different ways individually.
He may talk super fast without pausing for breath to let you say something or he might just do all the listening and just admire you while you talk. And when he talks he might stutter or tell silly jokes.
If he does all the talking, it might come off as self-centered but that’s just his way of coping nervousness so think twice before you think he’s not interested in you.
It’s exactly like what we as girls do around men when we feel shy or nervous, then understand he might be feeling the same!
#3: He Makes Eye Contact
We know how important and intimating eye contact can be so if he maintains eye contact with you, you will he likes you.
This can happen on your first date or when you catch him looking at you from across the room. He will try to keep your eyes locked upon him when you talk. Make sure to keep an eye on his eyebrows, he might lift his eyebrow at you.
If he is really into you, he will try to sweep your face from right to left with his adoring gaze. Oh, and in a recent study, it’s found that If a person looks at feet or legs more then that means they considered you just a friend.
While we know it’s human nature to get attracted to the physical appearance, if he likes you he will look at you, not your butt.
There is a difference between love and lust, and if a guy likes you, he will look at your face.
#4: He Gives You A Lot Of Attention
This is the best and the most enjoyable sign whether a guy likes you or not. So, in a room full of people or his friends If he gives you more attention than anyone else there’s a good chance he really likes you.
You can test it out by moving away from him at a party or a gathering then see if he catches your eye across the room, or, even better, follows you to where you are.
And not just when you’re with him, he will follow you on all your social accounts and will like all your posts, pics, and every other thing. Also, keep an eye on his messages, if he starts the conversation every time and keeps it going, that is a very positive sign.
If he really likes you then you are going to be the only girl for him in the entire universe.
That being said, to draw a better conclusion, you can even ask him whether he is interested in anyone else. His response will tell you everything.
Also, if he finds it hard to say bye at the end of the conversation, you are probably in his heart. Maybe you’re talking on the phone and when it’s time to say goodbye, he will ask for a few more minutes which is a clear sign that he likes you. If he wants to spend more time with you, he is let you know.
#5: He Smiles A Lot
Smiling is the best indicator to show attraction towards a person.
Notice how often he smiles, when he’s with you and what kind of smile is he giving you? Is it a fake smile or a genuine smile to just show interest in what you’re saying?
If he smiles a lot when he’s with you then it could be another positive sign that he likes you unless he smiles at every other thing, then that’s a different case.
If you want to get him to smile more then do more smiling yourself. They’re contagious. I promise.
